Shipping

All orders are prepared and shipped from the European Union. Orders placed on a business day are usually shipped the same day, otherwise the next business day. We currently deliver to France, Europe, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

France (FedEx Priority)

  • Up to 250 g: 6,90 €
  • Over 250 g: 7,90 €
  • Orders of 80 € and more: free shipping

Estimated delivery: 2 business days after dispatch.

Europe (FedEx International Economy)

  • Up to 1 kg: 12 €
  • Over 1 kg: 14,90 €
  • Orders of 80 € and more: free shipping

Estimated delivery: 3 business days after dispatch. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are covered separately below.

Switzerland and the United Kingdom (FedEx International Economy)

  • Up to 1 kg: 12 €
  • Over 1 kg: 14,90 €
  • Free shipping over 80 € does not apply: these two countries are outside the European Union.

Estimated delivery: 3 business days after dispatch. Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties upon delivery. These fees depend on local regulations and are not included in our prices.

United States (FedEx International Economy)

  • Up to 500 g: $37.99
  • 500 g to 1 kg: $38.99
  • 1 kg to 2 kg: $47.99
  • 2 kg to 3 kg: $54.99
  • 3 kg to 5 kg: $62.99
  • Heavier shipments: rate shown at checkout

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
