PENCO

Penco was born in Fukuoka in 1994 from a conversation between two surfers who decided, on a whim, to start a pen brand. Inspired by a single American ballpoint they had fallen in love with, they named it Penco, short for Pen Company, and set out to build what they called an imaginary American stationery company seen through a distinctly Japanese lens. That nostalgic, freespirited energy still runs through every notebook, clipboard, and desk accessory they make today.
